The video gives a glimpse into a regular day at SOE Kitchen. At 6 in the morning Christine Bopp, Lauren Maurer and Montse Torreda begin to cook with organic and regionally sourced ingredients. At lunch time, along long benches and tables, the kitchen becomes a hub for communication and interaction amongst the around 100 people who are working at the studio.
